New features in Servado release 2.0

Recently, we have been busy working on new features and we are ready for a release. Servado Enterprise Portals release 2.0 is packed with fun stuff. Download it now on the Atlassian Marketplace. Here is a highlight of new features:

  • Workflow approvals for end users
  • Customer Satisfaction Survey
  • Self-service sign up for new user
  • Delegated user management
  • Improved mobile interface

Below are more details:

Workflow approvals for end users

In some use cases, managers or end users need to approve an issue before the issue can be processed. And then a workflow approval is very helpful. This new feature makes the end user experience even richer and the University use case is an example of that. The approval is configured in the Issue Info tile command. So you will find the approval buttons in the list of issues.

Non-Jira users can now do workflow approvals in Servado Enterprise Portals for Jira.

Customer Satisfaction Survey

Yes, you read it correctly! And now you can engage even deeper with your customers via satisfaction survey. You can choose from three types of surveys: “yes or no”, stars, and emoji´s. Because the results are stored in a Jira Custom Field as a number, the numbers can later on be easily used in statistics.

Customer Satisfaction Survey is new in release 2.0 of Servado Enterprise Portals, enabling you to interact even deeper with your customers.

Self-service sign up for new users

When setting up a Portal with Servado users, Administrators had to create the users. So, in order to reduce their workload, we have created this new self-service feature. Now the Administrators can enable it in the Security Profile. And choose what kind of Captcha to use.

Self-service sign up is available in release 2.0 of Servado Enterprise Portals for Jira. This feature can be disabled by Administrators.

Delegated user management

Administrators have so far had to create Servado users (or connect Servado to ADFS/OKTA). But with this new feature, Administrators can delegate this task to super end users. And since claims or attributes are now passed to the new user, the organization structure is ensured.

Improved mobile interface

Mobile devices account for more and more of internet traffic. Because of this, it is important that Servado look good in these devices. So we put effort into that. Sleeker and more finesse look now in a mobile device near you!

Servado Enterprise Portals is now sleeker and with more finesse look in mobile devices, making it easier for the everyday user.

Bug fixes
